Author Guidelines

The Science Set Journal of Physics (ISSN: 3066-8131) invites authors to submit original research articles, review papers, and technical notes that meet the highest standards of scientific rigor and innovation. We are committed to promoting the exchange of knowledge and advancing the field of physics, and we seek to publish work that makes a substantial contribution to the discipline.

Manuscript Submission

To submit a manuscript, please follow the instructions outlined below:

  1. Submission Process: Manuscripts must be submitted electronically through the journal’s online submission portal. All submissions will be subject to an initial editorial screening before being sent for peer review.
  2. Formatting Requirements:
    • Manuscripts should be prepared in Microsoft Word format.
    • The text should be double-spaced, with 1-inch margins on all sides.
    • Use Times New Roman, size 12 for the text and size 14 for headings.
    • The manuscript should be written in clear and concise English.
    • Please ensure that the manuscript follows the APA referencing style.
  3. Cover Letter: A cover letter should accompany your submission. The letter should include a brief description of the manuscript’s novelty, significance, and relevance to the journal’s scope.
  4. Abstract: Each manuscript should include an abstract of 150-250 words, summarizing the objectives, methods, results, and conclusions of the research. The abstract should be self-contained and written in a way that highlights the most important aspects of the study.
  5. Keywords: Include 3-5 keywords that are relevant to the subject of the manuscript, allowing the paper to be easily found by researchers interested in the topic.
  6. Figures and Tables:
    • Figures and tables should be embedded within the manuscript.
    • Ensure that all figures and tables are of high quality, clearly labeled, and referenced within the text.
    • The journal accepts color figures in both print and online formats.

Types of Articles

We accept the following types of articles for publication:

  1. Original Research Articles: Full-length papers that present new research findings. These articles should describe experiments, data analysis, and theoretical models that contribute to the advancement of physics.
  2. Review Articles: Comprehensive reviews of current knowledge and research on a specific topic within the field of physics. Review articles should provide a critical evaluation of existing literature and suggest directions for future research.
  3. Short Communications: Concise reports of research that present new findings or ideas in a brief format. These should not exceed 2,000 words and should focus on timely, important contributions.
  4. Technical Notes: Papers that describe new techniques, methodologies, or experimental setups used in physics research. These articles should provide detailed explanations of the methods and their applications.

Peer Review Process

All manuscripts submitted to the Science Set Journal of Physics will undergo a double-blind peer review process. This means that both the authors and reviewers remain anonymous to each other throughout the evaluation. The purpose of this process is to ensure that the research is evaluated impartially and that only high-quality articles are accepted for publication.

  • Initial Editorial Screening: The editorial team will perform an initial review to ensure that the manuscript aligns with the journal’s scope and formatting requirements.
  • Peer Review: After passing the initial screening, the manuscript will be sent to at least two independent reviewers who are experts in the field. Reviewers will provide feedback on the manuscript’s originality, significance, methodology, and overall quality.
  • Revisions: Authors may be asked to revise their manuscript based on reviewer comments. After revisions, the manuscript will undergo a second round of peer review if necessary.

Publication Ethics

Article Processing Charges (APC)

There are no submission or publication fees for authors submitting their manuscripts to the Science Set Journal of Physics. However, all accepted papers are subject to an Article Processing Charge (APC) to cover the costs of publication and open access. The APC will be communicated to the authors upon acceptance of the manuscript.
